The Oaks is ideally located on a new paved asphalt
road that takes you directly from the Liberia
international airport to your home in just 48
minutes. You are just outside Tamarindo, where
you can enjoy the active night life and attractions
without having to live next door to them. Or you
can easily drive to the best beaches in the area,
including Playa Grande, Playa Junquillal and Playa
Negra, or visit Flamingo, Brasilito or just north
of Huacas, where you can enjoy nature tours, ATV
tours, a monkey park and a zip line tour. If you

opening in 2008.
A brand new supermarket
outside Tamarindo, the AutoMercado, adds city
grocery shopping to your conveniences. Or you
may not want to leave. The butterfly preserve,
