VILLAS AND TOWN HOMES AT THE OAKS

THE OAKS is pleased to preview a new phase of eco-luxury and spacious homes as discerning vacation buyers and investors compete for only two individual private villas with private infinity edge pools, six three story customizable townhomes and 24 two story customizable town homes overlooking either a nature preserve or a creek. Who gets priority?

First priority goes to existing owners in the first two phases of THE OAKS. These phases consist of 96 two bedroom two bath condominiums priced in the low 200s. Over 80% sold out, THE OAKS has reserved some of its best units for last, offering unobstructed views overlooking a huge semicircular pool with swim-up bat, infinity edges and underwater fibre optic lighting that changes colors at night. If you wish to join our select group of existing owners and enjoy your home now, without waiting for construction, you move to the head of the line for our townhomes and villas. Within this group, priority goes generally to those first to sign and place their fully refundable deposit.

Second priority goes to the public, generally in order of signing and placing a deposit. If a member of the public places a deposit and signs a nonbinding reservation agreement, he or she may join the preferred pool of owners by investing in an existing phase one or phase two home.


Why does priority matter?
As owners in phases one and two have discovered, location has a permanent influence on value.

The two single family villas are the only single family homes that will be built in THE OAKS for years to come. Nestled higher in the hills, with commanding valley views, they have a scarcity value that will endure. See the villas floor plans for a view of the two story open plan design, with approximately 3,000 square feet under roof and 5,000 square feet of total construction area.

Of the thirty town homes, fifteen face north, toward the community swimming pool and sun bathing area, and across the pool overlooking a creek. Because they offer easy access to the pool, owners often may choose to forego an optional private pool in order to customize their homes with a private garden or fish pond. Facing north, they receive slightly more shade. Conversely, fifteen town homes face south, catching the afternoon soon and offering sunset views over the nature areas and mountains. Farther from the community pool, but closer to the tennis court, these town home owners more often than not may opt for a private pool to go along with their terrace and barbecue area.

Six of the town homes have three stories, with approximately 3,500 square feet of total area. Three face north and three face south, offering exceptional but differing views, the option of private elevators, and an upper level terrace and wet bar ideal for scenic entertaining, even for a private gym. With the private elevator, the upper level even can become an “eagle´s nest” for a study or scenic extra bedroom.

Twenty four of the town homes have two stories, with approximately 3,000 square feet of total area. Twelve face north and twelve face south, offering exceptional but differing views, and the option of private elevators.


VILLAS FLOOR PLANS

The two single family villas are exceptional in their open design, with the outdoors and open views integrated into the homes. Total construction area consists of 474 square meters, or over 5,100 square feet, of which 259 square meters, or 2,787 square feet,  are enclosed under roof, and 215 square meters, or 2,300 square feet, are outdoors, including two covered terraces, an open terrace and an infinity edge pool.
